ee50f8318e feat(agent): initial implementation of OPAX agent 
Adds the core logic for the OPAX agent, including the main agent file, a deployment script, and an MCP client. This provides the foundation for the new agent-based architecture.

Previous client ID was wrong (ka7t2fv9...). Correct ID from
Location redirect header is kq8nt71d38hfqlcfb3n52ef7ala4meo.

eb351b5e85 fix(opax-mcp): add IAP identity token auth for opax.vauco.no calls 
Add _iap_token() that fetches identity token from GCP metadata server
using IAP client ID as audience. Update _opax_get and _opax_post to
send Authorization: Bearer <token> header on all calls to opax.vauco.no.

Fixes 401 Unauthorized from IAP-protected opax.vauco.no backend.
