- Restyle to Vauco/Threadstone design system (dark, Inter, soft cards) - drop hacker look
- Wire live status: GET /health (topbar + infra, 30s refresh), GET /state/agents (agent dots)
- Add working agent chat drawer -> POST /run {message,user_id,session_id,mode}, light/heavy toggle
- Fix labels: region us-central1 (was europe-west1), RAG europe-west4 EU, deploy manuell ingen trigger (was false CI/CD aktiv)
- Frontend only; no main.py/.env/IAP/OAuth/Secret Manager changes
