Purpose

Create a read-only, Git/Gitea-first control plane for the OPAX Operations
Console: Projects, Work Queue, Approvals, branches, pull requests, builds,
images, deployments, health, and rollback evidence.

Current State

  • P1A is deployed to Cloud Run service opax-web.
  • Current revision: opax-web-00003-c9j
  • Deployment branch: feat/p1a-opax-web-promotion
  • Deployed source SHA:

  • Internal governance reference: a2h2a-9a772a44

Scope

  • Read-only Gitea Issue, branch, commit, pull-request, milestone, label, and
    deployment projections in OPAX.
  • Authenticated GET-only console APIs.
  • Browser-safe redaction of all secrets, tokens, approval URLs, and raw cloud
    responses.
  • No console-based Git, Gitea, build, deployment, rollback, IAM, Secret
    Manager, billing, or agent-execution mutations.
